Frequently asked
How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery is 3 to 7 business days. Express is 1 to 3. Both are tracked, and you get the tracking number by email when the parcel leaves us.
Do you deliver Australia-wide?
Yes, to every state and territory, metro and regional. We do not ship outside Australia.
What is your returns policy?
Change of mind within 30 days on unopened items. Faulty items are replaced or refunded regardless of when you tell us.
Can I change or cancel an order?
If it has not shipped, yes. Email us with the order number and we will stop it. Once it is with the carrier you will need to return it instead.
